Sewer line fix spotlights Harrisburg's aging infrastructure

A sewer main that broke in early December is finally being repaired in downtown Harrisburg, but it's causing headaches for some people who live on South Street.

The street will be closed between North Front and Second for the next several weeks.

The 36-inch brick sewer main getting repaired has been in operation since 1860... "They'll repair the brick sewer main with a plastic pipe that will last another 40 to 80 years,"
